Delivery Methods and Terms
After we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation and payment details by e-mail. Orders are delivered through postal service.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is generally 10 workdays after we have received your payment.
If the product you ordered has gone out of stock or it's delivery will be delayed, we will inform you and give you new delivery time. If you wish not to wait you can cancel the order.
Shipping Costs
Our prices INCLUDE delivery fee and packaging.

Contact, claims, product returns etc.
If the product you received is not what you ordered, is defective or damaged by the carrier, contact us within 10 days from the delivery. Products have 30 days money back quarantee. The returning product must be unused.
